privacy & personal attention
If busy gyms or group classes feel overwhelming, home training offers a completely private experience, tailored to you. No judgement, no distractions. Just you and me, working together to create a fitness plan that’s designed around your needs.
Have you ever thought about learning new fitness skills but felt you needed more time to make steady progress, with less pressure and fewer distractions? Or maybe you find it hard to stick to your intentions and could benefit from more accountability?
Here’s your chance to make a consistent commitment!
daytime convenience
Perhaps you have time between the school runs, or you can fit in a vital hour for your between daytime-work-from home meetings? There’s no need to add travel time or adjust your day around a gym schedule.
Whether you already have a fully equipped home gym, a suitable 3x3m space or even an outdoor area - your local park for a run, or boxercise. I’ll design workouts that make the most of what’s available.
No equipment? No problem – I’ll bring everything we need - whether your focus is cardiovascular fitness; core & lean muscle building, strength or a combination. I’ll help you with variety, motivation and bring enjoyment to your sessions.
professional expertise
With over 15 years of personal training experience starting in London at a prestigious health club and even working with a few celebrities - I bring expertise and understanding to each session.
I specialise in creating workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and available space. Whether you’re starting completely from scratch or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’ll guide you with a personalised approach that works for you
I’m also skilled in rehabilitation, adapting to injuries, managing chronic health conditions, and supporting those approaching or moving through mid or later life.
Beyond fitness, you can count on me for expert support with weight loss, nutritional guidance, and achieving a better balance in your lifestyle.
how it all works
Let’s Start With You: Simply send me an email, text, or give me a call. We can arrange to chat at a local Surrey Hills café, in Dorking, or online via Zoom. I’ll take the time to understand your current fitness level, future goals, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll fine-tune a plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle—smart, sensible, and totally achievable.
Ready to Start?: After your Lifestyle and Healthcheck, your first session will be straightforward and relaxed. I’ll come to your home or a nearby location to assess your movement, including a biomechanics and posture check. Together, we’ll identify any physical limitations and explore what you enjoy (and what you don’t!). We’ll also take stock of any equipment you already have and discuss what I may need to bring for future sessions.
Ongoing Accountability: Beyond our sessions, I’ll continue to support you with guidance on nutrition, overcoming mindset blocks, and staying on track when life gets busy. If weight loss is one of your goals, we can schedule additional sessions to dive deeper into adanced nutrition, mindset, and sustainable weight loss strategies. You can explore more of this on my weight-loss coaching page.
Remember, I’m here as your partner, not just your trainer. This isn’t about fitness instructing in a gym—it’s about you leaning on my knowledge and expertise to make lasting changes.

FAQs about Personal Training

After our FREE 60-minute planning and discovery chat, you'll have the chance to decide if you're ready to commit. You can choose to start with a shorter commitment to see how things feel, or dive straight in.
Sessions are paid in advance, and during your first biomechanics and posture session, I’ll assess your movement patterns, health, and overall fitness.
Think of it like bringing an old Ford Capri out of the garage after years of sitting idle—it needs a little TLC and a progressive overhaul to get back on track!
Be patient during this initial phase. You’ll likely learn more about your body, its abilities, and how it responds to lifestyle changes than you ever have before.
If you’re new to exercise or haven’t worked out in a while, we’ll start with achievable steps. Lean on my guidance, observations, and questions as you gradually improve with each session.

If you're starting from a sedentary lifestyle, training once a week is a great start. However, to build long-term, sustainable habits, you'll need to focus on implementing healthy behaviours outside of our sessions. I'll show you how to do that.
If you're looking to transform your body composition, commitment is vital. While training once a week will help, you'll need to stay disciplined and put in the work on your own between sessions.
Training with me more than once a week gives you the added benefit of regular accountability, helping you stay on track and achieve your goals faster.

No problem! Just let me know in advance, and I’ll adapt the session to suit how you're feeling that day. I’ll adjust the intensity to meet your needs, so you don’t feel pushed too hard.
Some days, the focus could shift to core strength, mobility, and suppleness, or even a sit-down chat to discuss nutrition, managing health matters, or empowering you toward healthier living. These alternatives can be just as valuable when you're feeling fatigued or need a break from intense exercise.
Remember, it's about making steady progress over time. We’ll find the right balance that works for you, without pushing you too hard on the days when you need rest.
Sometimes, taking a step back and focusing on recovery or mindset is just as important as the physical work. I’ll help you navigate these days to ensure you're ready to give it your best when you're feeling stronger.
I’m here to help you bounce back when you’re ready!

Absolutely. Personal training isn’t just about getting fitter — it’s about empowering you, both physically and mentally. I understand that mental health can play a significant role in motivation, especially if you’re facing challenges like anxiety, stress, or neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD or autism and even dyspraxia.
Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence, manage stress, or improve your overall well-being, I tailor each session to suit your needs. I’ll help you develop a positive relationship with exercise in a way that feels comfortable and achievable for you. After each session, you’ll likely feel a sense of accomplishment, greater clarity, and a lift in mood as we work together toward your goals — no matter how big or small they may seem.
Sessions are always structured to focus on what you need, with full flexibility to adjust if needed, so you leave each time feeling energised, empowered, and motivated to continue.

Absolutely! In fact, home personal training can be just as, if not more, effective than gym training for several reasons:
Consistency and Accountability – The biggest difference is that at home, you’re more likely to stick with your routine. No long trips to the gym, no distractions, just focused training sessions. Plus, I’ll help keep you accountable and motivated to reach your goals, whether that’s through regular check-ins or progress tracking.
Personalised Environment – In a gym, you might have to wait for equipment, deal with distractions, or feel self-conscious. At home, you get a completely tailored workout experience with my undivided attention. We focus on your unique goals, needs, and challenges, adjusting the plan as you progress.
Convenience and Flexibility – The ability to train in the comfort of your own space means no need to adapt your schedule around gym hours. You can fit workouts into your day more easily, which leads to greater consistency—a key factor in seeing results.
New Approaches and Freedom – My approach helps inspire new fitness routines that don’t always rely on gym equipment. E.g. Perhaps you would like to build your confidence and ability to run? —this is an excellent and free cardiovascular exercise once you've learned the basics—or other bodyweight exercises, these can be done anywhere and at any time. This added flexibility makes it easier to stay active, even on days when a workout space isn’t available.
Comprehensive Progress – Whether it’s building muscle, improving mobility, or enhancing cardiovascular fitness, training at home allows me to address all aspects of your fitness in a way that’s both convenient and effective. With personalised feedback and ongoing adjustments to your training plan, you’ll see progress at a pace that works for you.
In short, home personal training is not just a substitute for the gym—it’s an opportunity for more tailored, convenient, and focused fitness. The results you’ll get will be the same, if not better, because everything is designed specifically for you. You’re not just another ‘gym member!’
Remember, it’s what you put in that counts! -
My peak hours are between 6:00am and 9:30am, and these slots are in high demand.
These times are typically reserved for committed, long-term clients who work with me once or more per week over a minimum of 6 months or more. This ensures continuity and better progress toward their goals.
I rarely offer sessions after 6:00pm, as I prioritise delivering my best energy and expertise during earlier hours. However, for those who require evening appointments or weekend appointment, these are available at a premium rate of £120 per session. Please read my T&Cs for more information
